All order data is securely processed and confidentiality is guaranteed.  Sneakerclassics.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by our payment processor and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way above and beyond what is needed to complete your order.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase at sneakerclassics.com, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund your purchases when accompanied by the original sales invoice. However, the product must be be mailed back with the original package in perfect, unwashed and unworn conditions and within 10 days from the delivery date. Upon receiving the returned package, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred to deliver the products to your mailing address, or reimburse you for your shipping costs to us. There will also be a $15.00 USD service charge. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment.

In the event that the product suffers abuse and negligence beyond what we judge to be resaleable conditions, we may at our discretion, refuse a refund or exchange. In any such case, you will be liable for the shipping costs to resend the package back to you.

To avoid time consuming issues arising from exchanges and returns, we ask that you clarifiy any vague and abiguous issues with our costumer support team before placing your orders to avoid potential problems.

Nonetheless, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and exchange, and an email notification will be sent out regarding the status of the return.

Shipping and Fees

• There is an $8.99 USD shipping charge for each item.
• All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is complete, it may take 5-7 business days thereafter before the merchandise is received.  
• All items are shipped either via EMS(USPS)/UPS/TNT Express (at our discretion).
• Customers are responsible for checking their order status by requesting a tracking number.
• Customers must provide a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery.
• Customers are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
• Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of their package.
• Sneakerclassics.com will not be responsible for returned orders due to customer negligence.

Sales Tax, Customs & Duties

• Sneakerclassics.com is a worldwide internet based business, hence we do not charge federal, state, provincial, local or county taxes on online transactions.  Hence, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws.
• Therefore, please note that your on-screen transaction total “does not” reflect estimated taxes. The actual sales tax should be calculated and taken into account when ordering. The customer is also responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.

Items and Availability

• All shoes are in U.S. sizes, unless otherwise stated.
• All shoes run true to size.
• All shoes are in brand new condition.
• All items are subject to availability. In some instances, items may go out of stock right after an order has been placed.
• Customers may not change style/size after order is processed.
