1. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.
2. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase at sneakerclassics.com, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund your purchases when accompanied by the original sales invoice. However, the product must be be mailed back with the original package in perfect, unwashed and unworn conditions and within 10 days from the delivery date. Upon receiving the returned package, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. Please note that sneakerclassics.com must be contacted in writing via email before any return is made, and reasons must be provided.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred to deliver the products to your mailing address, or reimburse you for your shipping costs to us. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment.
3. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we we do accept credit card payments, via paypal.
4. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?
Yes, we currently ship to many international locations. Refer to our Shipping section for more information.
5. What does USD stand for?
USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar. Therefore, all of our prices are in U.S. dollars.
6. Do you carry sizes greater than 13, or smaller than 8?
Unfortunately, our normal stock is in sizes 8-13 U.S. Prompt us with an email and we may be able to provide other sizes.
7. Do you carry half sizes?
Many of our products do come in half sizes, but as we do not keep half sizes constantly stocked, it is best for you to contact us first and inquiry before making your purchase.
8. Does your products come with the box and tags?
All of our products come with the original box and tags.
